SETC will make every effort to answer financial question about your care. SETC’s specialists serve as a resource for maximizing your insurance coverage and planning for your financial obligations.

Openness and good communication are the best guarantees of mutual understanding regarding payment expectations for cancer treatment. Please provide all current information on your first visit and updates should your information change. To limit your liability for payments, you should communicate with your insurance provider as soon as possible.

SETC will file your insurance claims and work with your insurace carrier to provide any additional information needed to get your claims paid appropriately. You will be asked to sign the benefits assignment portion of the insurance form before the claim is submitted. This authorizes payment to be made directly to SETC and you must sign it (or pay the bill in full) before the claim can be completed. SETC will bill you for your annual deductible amount only after the initial billing to your insurance provider. Co-payments for private insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid should be made at the time of your visit. SETC will file with your secondary insurance for any remaining balance.

For your convenience, SETC accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
